CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS
The Association has decided to introduce a Champion of Champions award based on the RSPBA system, which also includes a separate award for Drum Corps. There will be separate awards in each grade.
The contests included will be all those held under the auspices of the Queensland Branch in a calendar year plus the Maclean contest held in that year.
Points will be awarded as follows: All bands competing will receive at least one point. Bands coming in the first five places will receive points as follows - 1st: 6 points, 2nd: 5 points, 3rd: 4 points, 4th: 3 points, 5th: 2 points.
